George is an experienced trial attorney, practicing in Chicago, Illinois. He began his career as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Cook County, Criminal Division, and later became a member of the law firm of Bilandic, Neistein, Richman, Hauslinger and Young, where he developed an expertise in commercial and corporate litigation (1979-1986). After serving as a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (1986-2003), he became of counsel to the law firm of Young, Rosen, Finkel and Silbert, and its successor entity Schoenberg, Finkel, Newman and Rosenberg LLC (2003 to present).

George handles most types of commercial and business related litigation. His practice has a special emphasis on Futures and Commodities law and mechanic’s lien work.

In the 40 years of practicing law, George has witnessed firsthand a myriad of business successes as well as certain failures of his clientele. He has brought this awareness as well as his knowledge of the legal requirements involved in building and growing a company to Compliant Packaging. He organized Compliant Packaging in September 2014 and is one of the two managing members.
