After serving as a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (1986-2003), he became of counsel to the law firm of Young, Rosen, Finkel and Silbert, and its successor entity Schoenberg, Finkel, Newman and Rosenberg LLC (2003 to present).

In his 40 years of practicing law, George has witnessed firsthand a myriad of business successes as well as certain failures of his clientele. He has brought this awareness as well as his knowledge of the legal requirements involved in building and growing a company to Compliant Packaging. He organized Compliant Packaging in September 2014 and is one of two managing members. When George is not practicing law or overseeing operations at Compliant Packaging, he loves playing golf and spending time with his family, his grandchildren and his beautiful wife of 42 years, Ilene.
